Requires the Department of Transportation to respond in writing within 48 hours of the receipt of a request from a municipal police department concerning the vehicle driving status of certain persons.

Amends the Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act providing for interest for certain commutation payments.

Requires labor organizations proposing to strike to give one year notice of such action.

Amends the realty transfer tax excluding its application for any transfer made to or from an industrial development authority.
