An Act amending Title 19 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, increasing the penalties for false reports to law enforcement authorities.

An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for the priority of liens arising under mortgages which allow for future advances.
