The 1989-1990 session of the Liquor Control Committee was Chaired by Democrat Eugene G. Saloom of the Majority. Stanley J. Jarolin (Majority) served as Vice Chair. Joseph Howlett (Majority) served as Secretary. Republican Harold F. Mowery Jr. served as Minority Chair, while Nicholas A. Micozzie served as Minority Vice Chair. There was no Minority Secretary.
