The 1983-1984 Finance Committee, for the majority, chaired by Fred A. Trello (D), vice-chairman was Stephen E. Levin (D), and secretary was Nicholas J. Maiale (D). For the minority the committee was chaired by Benjamin H. Wilson (R) and the vice chairman was Nicholas B. Moehlmann (R).
