An Act regulating amusement ride safety, providing for powers and duties of the Secretary and Department of Labor and Industry, establishing the State Board on Amusement Ride Safety and providing for its powers and duties, providing for the inspection of amusement rides, for insurance and for civil and criminal penalties.
