An Act amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for the State Treasurer to establish a restricted account for the deposit and expenditure of maintenance fees collected from residents of State veterans' homes and establishing a State Veterans' Commission.
