This collection consists of campaign materials from Mr. Kelly's campaign for the U.S. Congress, as well as news clippings and correspondence from his time as Deputy Assistant Secretary, United States Department of Commerce (1985-1989).

Vinyl Record and memorabilia was donated in person before the rest of the collection arrived via mail and has accesstion number of 2023.058.
