The collection contains files related to publications that were produced for the House of Representatives. Publications include the Legislative Directory, House of Representatives Annual Calendar, House of Representatives Election Calendar and several others.

Included are 433 folders containing photographs of members of the House of Representatives along with 7 folders containing photographs of CORE employees that were used in making the Legislative Directory. Also included are proofs for the House of Representatives annual calendar and election calendar. Individual photographs which were potentially used in the House of Representatives annual calendar were taken and submitted by Brian Hunt, Alan Wychek, Ed Simmons, Fred Prouser, and other unidentified photographers. Folders containing photographs for the House of Representatives annual calendar are divided into season and whether or not they were exterior or interior photographs.

Other items included are awards given for the House of Representatives annual calendar, correspondence, hearings on House Bill 1249, the process of giving a bid, and materials from Matthew J. Ryan's memorial service. There are also 10 oversized items which are stored separately.
