This collection is comprised of materials from committee work that resulted from three House Resolutions:

House Resolution 113 Regular Session 1985-1986 Directing the Health and Welfare Committee to investigate all aspects of recent regulations adopted by the State Department of Public Welfare in relation to the reimbursement for both public and private nursing homes.
