The contents of this collection contain legislation that Representative Craig A. Dally introduced or was involved in from 1997 to 2010. Dally was involved in a variety of legislation. He supported a bill banning junior drivers from using cell phones and was very involved in legislation affecting schools and education. He also called for a Constitutional Convention in 2006.

Scope and Contents During his tenure, Mr. Herman was on the Education Committee from 1983-2006 and served as the Chair of the Sub-Committee on Higher Education from 1989 to 1996. This collection is mainly made up of subject files, photographs, legislative work, and speeches. The largest topic that the subject files center around House Resolution 127 of 1997. The photographs, speeches, and legislative work has more variety.

This is a second collection of Barbara McIlvaine Smith. Materials include campaign materials and scrapbooks. Also included are copies of newspaper articles from her time in the House. Photographs, oversized framed materials are included. She donated materials from her relative, Martha Gibbons Thomas who was also a Member in 1923.

The papers of Eric M. Roe contain his legislative work during his term in office. His work on House Bill 2060 is incorporated which deals with domestic relations, also known as Act 79 of 2018. Roe also incorporates many photographs from school visitors in addition to photographs of special events. This collection also contains Roe's speeches during his term, including his farewell speech in addition to many press releases, newsletters and other media.
