Rep. Roger R. Fischer brings a session end report for 1983-1984. He discusses the Education Committee, which he was the Republican Chair. In education they've been upgrading the teaching curriculum, teacher's certification, the State Board of Education, and the start of state wide student assessment testing. He also discusses what the Legislative Session accomplished. Lottery funds are helping senior citizens and handicapted individuals. They lowered the business taxes and created an economic development package.
