Report of the Select Committee to Investigate the State Water Plan (HR 159), November 19, 1974
Scope and Contents
This select committee was created on April 1, 1974 from House Resolution 159. The prime sponsor was Joseph R. Pitts. It was formed in response to a proposed water projection in the State Water Plan for consumptive use by agriculture in Chester County. The committee focused specifically on the consumptive use of water for agricultural purposes.
