Public hearing for the House Judiciary Committee about the recommendation for the House to impeach Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Justice Rolf Larsen for fraudulently obtaining prescription drugs. Larsen had been secretly treating his depression and anxiety by having his doctor write the prescription to court employees to keep his own treatment secret.
