This collection is comprised almost entirely of paper materials. It includes several folders containing campaign materials (especiall from his initial 1993 campaign). It also includes several folders pertaining to legislation for which Masland was either the prime sponsor or co-sponsor. A large portion of the collection is comprised of correspondence, most of which is organized in chronological order by month. Additionally, there are many subject files related to important issues to Masland, including but not limited to, lobbying disclosure, tax reform, capital punishment, and abortion. There is also a large collection of copied news clippings relating to Masland's time in office and various campaigns.
