This collection covers the time Mike Turzai was in office. Many of the materials are related to his legislative issues such as school choice, abortion, tax relief, and numerous district projects. There are numerous items from his early time in office and through his time as Speaker of the House. Items from current events such as Covid-19 are included.

Many of the subject files within the collection were within binders and removed for processing. Tabs dividing files were left as they were originally for best research assistance. Subject files are the largest series within the collection. Subject files up to the time Turzai went into leadership (2011- Majority Leader) are issues he dealt with personally. Issues post 2011 were issues, as a Caucus leader, that the caucus dealt with as a whole such as transportation issues across the state, school choice, and abortion.
