High Cost Government, August 1976

Rep. Elinor Z. Taylor cites the rising cost of government operations at the reason taxes are rising. Mostly she discusses how much money Governor Shapp and his employees are spending. She also supports the "Sunset Legislation," which would periodically review all Commonwealth agencies and commissions to insure efficient spending.
