This speech was given at a celebration for the 300th Anniversary of the founding of Pennsylvania. She commends the County Commissioners for providing a grand celebration and she presents an anniversary metal to the Commissioners.

Governor's Press release, March 4, 1981. Governor Richard Thornburgh proclaimed March 14, 1981, as "Charter Day" and will hold 18 months of celebration. Rep. Elinor Z. Taylor made handwritten notes.

Speech, September 1977. Rep. Elinor Z. Taylor discusses the history of the United State of America and leads into four crises faced by the nation. The biggest threat was moral deterioration and corruption, drugs, divorce, racial tensions, inflation, and political divide. She encourages her constituents to turn to religion.
