Caps regular education cyber charter school payments at the lesser of: (1) the median per student cost of cyber charter school enrollment paid by all school districts for the 2012-2013 school year; or (2) the per student cost of cyber charter school enrollment paid by the student’s school district of residence for the 2012-2013 school year, subject to annual adjustment.
