L. 835, No. 351), entitled "An act providing pensions for surviving spouses of police officers in cities of the second class A under certain terms and conditions, and providing for contributions by members of the police pension or retirement fund and appropriations by the city for that purpose," further providing for contributions by members and annual appropriations by the city.
