VHS tape

A meeting in Coatesville, PA to address violence of all types in communities and in schools. The audience was composed of county superintendents, principals, teachers, emergency services people, district justices, chiefs of police and Chester County legislators. They were addressed by Rep. Robert J. Flick, Governor Thomas J. Ridge, Pennsylvania's Department of Education, Secretary Eugene Hickok, and the State Police Commissioner's office.
