Scope and Contents
House Bill 1747: An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 35 (Health and Safety) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in firearms and other dangerous articles, further providing for prohibited conduct during emergency; and, in Commonwealth services, further providing for general authority of Governor.
House Bill 1841: An Act amending Title 44 (Law and Justice) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for law enforcement background investigations, for duties of the Municipal Police Officers' Education and Training Commission, law enforcement agencies and employers and for immunity from liability and violations.
House Bill 1910: An Act amending Titles 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) , 44 (Law and Justice) and 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in selection and retention of judicial officers, further providing for continuing education credit; in other officers, providing for mental health evaluations; and, in employees, further providing for powers and duties of commission.
House Bill 2351: An Act amending the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31, No.21), known as the Human Services Code, in fraud and abuse control, further providing for definitions and for provider prohibited acts, criminal penalties and civil remedies.
House Bill 2353: n Act amending Title 71 (State Government) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for the assessment and reduction of improper payments by Commonwealth agencies.
House Bill 2354: An Act amending Title 71 (State Government) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for payments by the Commonwealth; and establishing Do-Not-Pay Initiative.
House Bill 2355: An Act amending the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31, No.21), known as the Human Services Code, in public assistance, providing for medical assistance managed care organization rate setting.
Senate Bill 30: An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, in city revitalization and improvement zones, further providing for reports and for restrictions; and providing for Pennsylvania Housing Tax Credit.
Senate Bill 595: An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P.L.682, No.284), known as The Insurance Company Law of 1921, in casualty insurance, further providing for coverage for mammographic examinations.
Senate Bill 637: An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 63 (Professions and Occupations (State Licensed)) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in criminal history record information, further providing for use of records by licensing agencies; providing for preliminary provisions and for Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs; consolidating the provisions of Act 48 of 1993; and making a related repeal.
Senate Bill 997: An Act amending Title 71 (State Government) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in membership, credited service, classes of service and eligibility for benefits, providing for election to purchase nonintervening military service; and, in administration, funds, accounts and general provisions, further providing for construction of part.
