House Bill 131:An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L.90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code, in preliminary provisions, further providing for definitions; in licenses and regulations and liquor, alcohol and malt and brewed beverages, further providing for wine and spirits auction permits, for malt and brewed beverages manufacturers', distributors' and importing distributors' licenses, for breweries and for rights of municipalities preserved; in distilleries, wineries, bonded warehouses, bailees for hire and transporters for hire, further providing for limited wineries, for distilleries and for records to be kept; in miscellaneous provisions, further providing for construction and applicability; and abrogating regulations.

House Bill 324: An Act amending Title 72 (Taxation and Fiscal Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, establishing microenterprise loan programs and abating real property assessment.

House Bill 325: An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L.90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code, in distilleries, wineries, bonded warehouses, bailees for hire and transporters for hire, establishing the Pennsylvania Distilled Spirits Industry Promotion Board.

House Bill 370:An Act amending the act of June 30, 1981 (P.L.128, No.43), known as the Agricultural Area Security Law, further providing for purchase of agricultural conservation easements.

House Bill 404:An Act amending Title 3 (Agriculture) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in controlled plants and noxious weeds, further providing for noxious weed list.

House Bill 441: An Act amending the act of June 30, 1981 (P.L.128, No.43), known as the Agricultural Area Security Law, further providing for definitions and for purchase of agricultural conservation easements.

House Bill 752:An Act amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in property and buildings, further providing for price paid for acquisitions and improvements.
