The papers of Babette Josephs contain many of the subjects that she, along with her legislative staff, researched. Some of the most prominent subjects include abortion rights, protection for woman and LGBTQ (Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning) people, gun protection, election reform, the "Given Name" clause and mass transit. Her legislative work as chair in the State Government Committee is also included in this collection. A researcher interested in Mrs. Josephs or the subjects of her legislative work should examine her subject files, which contain the subjects she researched. Those interested in her involvement in the State Government Committee should examine her legislative work.
