Scope and Contents
Explains and interprets the provisions of Act 1986-77. They supersede the present realty trasnfer tax regulations which are herewith repealed. However, the prior regulations are in effect and apply to any "document" made, executed, delivered, and accepted prior to July 2, 1986, and recorded prior to August 1, 1986.
