Short Title: An Act amending Title 58 (Oil and Gas) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in unconventional gas well fee, further providing for definitions, for fee, for administration, for well information, for duties of the Department of Environmental Protection and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, for enforcement, for enforcement orders, for administrative penalties, for recordkeeping, for examinations, for distribution of fee and for Statewide initiatives; providing for duties of the Department of Revenue; and making editorial changes.
