An Act amending the act of August 6, 1941 (P. L. 861, No. 323), entitled, as amended, "Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole Law," further providing for membership, vacancies, salaries, qualifications and confirmation of board members; further providing for powers and duties of the board; further providing for an advisory committee; further providing for grants-in-aid to certain counties; and reestablishing the board for a period of time.
