An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for the rights of child victims and witnesses of criminal acts; providing for the videotaping of testimony in certain cases; authorizing certain services; providing for the testimony of children, for the admissibility of certain statements, and for the use of dolls as testimonial aids; providing a penalty; requiring district attorneys to notify the appropriate State board when a health care professional is convicted of a felony; and making an appropriation.
