This collection of materials represents a special interest to Representative Wilson. The collection begins with legislative drafts for recycling efforts in Pennsylvania. Encompassing a majority of the collection are Bills that other States have implemented to enhance their recycling efforts. Some of these States include but are not limited to: Arizona, Delaware, New York, and Washington. In addition to these there are tax studies, correspondence in response to recycling issues, and reports of findings concerning individual counties and recycling.
