Scope and Contents

HB602: An Act providing that attorney trust funds may be placed in interest-bearing accounts and that the interest generated on such accounts be used to provide legal services for the indigent; and establishing a mechanism for the funding.

HB603: An Act amending the act of November 22, 1978 (P. L. 1166, No. 274), referred to as the "Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency Law," authorizing a crime prevention program; providing for technical and financial assistance to law enforcement agencies; and making an appropriation.
