L. 861, No. 323), referred to as the "Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole Law," further providing for membership, vacancies, salaries, qualifications and confirmation of board members; further providing for an advisory committee; reestablishing the board for a period of time; further providing for notification of victims and for consideration of their opinions prior to granting parole; and further providing for powers and duties of the board.
