The records of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives' Local Government Committee, the Republicans were in the majority, the Democrats in the minority. The Chairs of the Committee were Kate Harper (majority) and Robert Freeman (minority). This Committee met to discuss issues relating to municipal pensions, county codes, ACT 47 in conjunction with Harrisbug, and municipality issues throughout the state.
