An Act amending the act of November 24, 1976 (P.L.1176, No.261), known as the Mobile Home Park Rights Act, changing the title; providing for legislative purpose; further providing for definitions and for evictions; providing for termination of leases, for written leases and for illegal use of drugs; further providing for park rules and regulations; providing for residents associations; further providing for exterior additions; providing for installation, removal, maintenance and repair and for removal of certain parts; further providing for disclosure of fees, for appliance installation fees, for entrance and exit fees, for installation and removal fees and for other fees; providing for security deposits; further providing for sale of manufactured homes; providing for retention of sold manufactured homes, for abandonment of manufactured homes and for Fair Housing Act Compliance; and further providing for waiver of rights and for damages.
