Military and Veterans Affairs Committee Chairman John E. Scheaffer called the meeting to order on February 5, 1979. All members present stood for introdution to the committee, followed by Scheaffer making a few remarks about the committee's objectives. Representative Edwin G. Robinson made a motion for adjournment, seconded by Representative Joseph Levi.
