An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the disclosure of certain criminal history record information and certain information related to abuse to the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board and to any domestic violence fatality review team; establishing the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Program, the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board and domestic violence fatality review teams and providing for their powers and duties and fixing penalties for certain violations related to the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Program.
