Scope and Contents
A Resolution urging the Congress of the United States to reconsider the harmful mandates contained in the Postal Reform Act and to maintain the United States Postal Service, a valued institution, as well as tens of thousands of jobs while continuing timely and efficient postal service to the citizens and businesses of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who depend upon this critical service.
