Scope and Contents
An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P.L.682, No.284), known as The Insurance Company Law of 1921, in casualty insurance, further providing for mental illness coverage; in benefits for alcohol abuse and dependency, further providing for outpatient alcohol or other drugs services; and, in health insurance coverage parity and nondiscrimination, further providing for adoption for Federal acts, for penalties and for regulations.
