This collection represents part of a 10 year career as House of Representative member Timothy S. Mahoney. Mahoney was a Democrat who served as Representative of both Fayette and Somerset Counties. While in the House he was particularly interested in generating awareness for State Police and Firefighters by passing resolutions that honored their services for Pennsylvania. Two of the larger acts that he was involved in was both the School Consolidation Act as well as the Open Records legislation. Both were designed to make their respective bodies run smoother. Mahoney ran for reelection for the 2017-2018 season but was unsuccessful.
