An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for the offense of sexually violent predators residing near schools; further providing for, in registration of sexual offenders, legislative findings and declaration of policy, for sentencing court information and for verification of residence; imposing limitations on residence for sexually violent predators; and further providing for duties of Pennsylvania State Police and Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole.
