Memo, January 23, 1974, from James R. Malley. Dan Stanton made available a copy of "Audit of the Governor's Justice Commission, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania" U.S. Department of Justice, April 25, 1973. Copies of this report are found in Box 6, Folder 303 and Box 7, Folders 332 and 350. He also made available two letters, both of which are in this folder. Stanton also led them to a report "Review of Policies and Procedures for Developing Comprehensive Law Enforcement Plans" Code No. 18534, found in Box 6, Folder 266. An interview with Mr. Blankenship led them to three different reports: 1. "Allegheny Regional Planning Council, Pittsburgh, PA" found in Box 6, Folder 287; 2. "Department of Public Welfare, LEAA Sub-Grants DA 004-70 and DA 176-71" found in Box 6, Folder 288; 3. Department of Justice, Bureau of Corrections, LEAA Sub-Grant DA 104-71," Box 6, Folder 290.
