House Bills 2750, 2751, 2752

HB 2752: An Act amending Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for expiration of authority to issue certain debt, for reporting by local government units of debt outstanding and for assumption of certain debt by the Commonwealth. HB2751: An Act amending the act of December 31, 1965 (P.L.1257, No.511), known as The Local Tax Enabling Act, restricting the power of certain school districts to levy, assess and collect taxes 2750: An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, imposing a business receipts education tax; eliminating sales taxes; designating certain tax revenue for transfer to the Education Operating Fund; and further providing for the imposition and rate of the State Real Estate Transfer Tax and for the disposition of certain moneys raised by the Local Real Estate Transfer Tax.
