Scope and Contents
Committee vote to seek contempt citation against Lt. Carcaci for refusing to answer questions. They also voted unanimously to release to the press copies of transcripts of executive sessions held on November 8, 14, 28, 1973. The Committee also heard testimony with unaudited financial reports of the Civic Association.
