The Local Government Commmittee members included Lester K. Fryer (Majority Chair), Reid L. Bennett (Chair of the Subcommittee on Boroughs) Frank Polaski (Chair of the Subcommittee on Counties), Robert E. Bellomini (Chair of the Subcommittee on Municipal Corporations), and Paul J. Yahner (Chair of the Subcommittee on Townships). The Democratic Party was in Majority during the 1969-1970 Session.
