Community Account Awards, 1993 - 1995

Contains letters written by community members asking for monetary assistance from the Community Account created by Rep. Thomas Scrimenti from the money that would have been the annual salary raise. Rep. Scrimenti would respond with a form letter and update the amount of money donated.
