This collections consists primarily of Mr. Petrone's last two sessions of service in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and includes legislative work files from the 2007-2008 session; press from 2005-2008; Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee from 2005-2008; Joint State Government Commission's Task Force and Advisory Committee on the Kilbuck Township Landslide from 2006-2008; district information; and photographs.

Mr. Petrone's files from the Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee include his work on the Sewage Management and Treatment Task Force pursuant to House Resolution 88 of 2005 and the E-Waste Recycling Programs and Policy Options. After a landslide in Kilbuck Township at a WalMart construction site on September 19, 2006, Mr. Petrone introduced House Resolution 897 of 2006 which required an investigation of the circumstances surrounding the landslide. Mr. Petrone then served on the Task Force/Advisory Board and his files are included in this collection. These files, in particular, provide an in depth view into the type of research and investigation of such problems in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
