Series Five consists of original House Resolutions. The House of Representatives can pass a resolution on its own, without the approval of the Senate, although there also can be concurrent resolutions that must be approved by both chambers of the General Assembly. The resolutions included in these files have been assigned to a committee, and not yet passed. Resolutions that had final passage in the House of Representatives can also be found here. This series is arranged chronologically by session year, and within that year, numerically by resolution number.
