The collection consists of Egolf's legislative work from 1993 to 2004, i.e. the bills and resolutions in which he was prime sponsor. Each folder contains his research and correspondence, as well as drafts of the bills/resolutions and amendments.

There are several bill topics that Egolf introduced every session.� These include a ban on same-sex marriage, procedures for expelling students, the Child Internet Protection Act, the requirement of saying the Pledge of Allegiance in schools, and preventing inmates from receiving unemployment compensation.
