In 1999, Stern compiled a pamphlet of every Biblical quotation displayed in the Pennsylvania Capitol Building. This folder contains his thorough research for his project, including rough copies, correspondence on the subject, and a copy of Violet Oakley's piece "Our Heritage From William Penn" which details the murals and writings around the building.
