An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in limitations, further providing for actions and proceedings with no limitation; and, in registration of sexual offenders, further providing for definitions, for applicability, for period of registration and for court notification and classification requirements and providing for court-ordered placement on registry.
