An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for aggravated assault on certain public officials and persons employed to assist or assisting said officials in the performance of duties; for the sale of tobacco and for endangering the welfare of children; and for an offense relating to the sale of certain recordings.
