An Act amending the act of October 15, 1975 (P. L. 390, No. 111), known as the "Health Care Services Malpractice Act," further providing for disclosure by physicians; for damages, liability and practice and procedure in medical malpractice actions; and for professional liability insurance; establishing the Joint Committee on Professional Liability and giving it powers and duties; and making repeals.
